Shipping policy

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Courier Shipping: Delivery within 3-10 working days via third-party logistics couriers. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Rider Delivery: Available for eligible areas on orders placed before 3:30 PM on business days for same-day delivery. The delivery fee is borne by the customer and calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: Orders over MYR300.00 qualify for free standard shipping (West Malaysia only).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Klang Valley: 3-5 working days
  • West Malaysia (Outside Klang Valley): 5-7 working days
  • East Malaysia: 7-10 working days

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier issues.

Liability for Delays and Non-Delivery

Once a parcel is handed to our logistics partners, BEWell is not liable for:

  1. Delays caused by courier service issues, emergencies, weather conditions, or other environmental factors.
  2. Non-delivery or missing items due to incorrect addresses, contact information, or unresponsive recipients.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, which cannot be amended once an order has been placed.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Singapore. International shipping may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Assumption of Risk

By placing an order, you accept the risks associated with shipping. BEWell is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
