Free gifts apply only to eligible orders that meet the promotion requirements as stated on our website. Free gifts are available while stocks last. If the item is unavailable, BEWell reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal value or remove the gift if substitution is not possible. Unless stated otherwise, one (1) free gift is provided per order.

All free gifts are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash, store credit, discounts, or points.

Free gifts are provided “as-is”. However, for first-time-use defect/error cases, BEWell may offer a one-time replacement, subject to verification and stock availability. After the first approved replacement, no further replacements will be provided for the same free gift item. Claims after multiple uses are not accepted, especially for devices.

For device-related issues, the item must be verified by our team before any replacement can be approved. Customers are required to arrange and bear the return delivery cost to send the item back to BEWell for inspection.
Return address and instructions will be provided by our support team after the claim is submitted.

* If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect on first use, BEWell will provide a one-time replacement (subject to stock).
* If inspection shows signs of misuse, wear & tear, water damage, impact/drop damage, overheating, incorrect charging, or improper cleaning/handling, the replacement request will be rejected.

Customers must report any free gift issue within 7 days of receiving the parcel by emailing support@2-bewell.com with the order number and supporting proof (clear photos/videos). Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

If an order is returned/refunded and it included a free gift, the customer must return the free gift unused in original condition (if applicable). If the free gift is not returned, BEWell reserves the right to deduct the gift’s retail value from the refund amount.

BEWell reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
