Refund policy
At BEWell, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, our refund policy applies only to BEWell products. All services, including coaching programmes, health tests, and consultations, are non-refundable. All return requests are subject to approval and must meet one of the following conditions:
- Incorrect Item – Received an item different from your order.
- Defective Item – Product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- Allergic Reaction or Side Effects – Experiencing adverse effects such as hair fall, fatigue, allergies, or insomnia. (Certified medical proof is required for returns due to allergic reactions.)
Return Guidelines
Returns are only applicable for items purchased through the BEWell Official Store.
For incorrect or defective items, the product must be unopened, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
For allergic reactions or side effects, the product may be opened but must be returned with at least 50% of its contents remaining, along with certified medical proof verifying the reaction.
For any items approved for a refund or replacement, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to BEWell. This includes the shipping of any replacement items sent to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the costs associated with the return or exchange process.
Return Process
1. Contact Us:
Email us at support@2-bewell.com with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting proof (images, videos, or medical documentation if applicable).
2. Approval:
BEWell team will review your request and approve valid returns based on the eligible reasons stated above.
3. Exchange Option:
For incorrect or defective items, you may request an exchange for a new replacement of the same product.
4. Return the Item:
Once approved, return the item in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
5. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect.
6. Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method to ensure proper processing.

BEWell reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage customers to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
